How do I start a return (New Zealand orders)Updated a year ago

1. Visit our online DYLAN KAIN STUDIO SALE RETURNS portal to request a return.

2. Select the items you'd like to return.

3. Please note returns are only eligible for a store credit. Please check our Returns Policy to learn more regarding eligible returns. 

4. Once confirmed, please package and ship your items using a traceable shipping service to:

5. Once received, your return will be accessed and processed within 5 business days and the outcome will be emailed to you. Please note that any shipping charges will not be included in the store credit amount.
