We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DYLAN KAIN STUDIO SALE. 

If you are not satisfied, simply return your item through our return portal within 14 days of delivery* for a credit note or exchange. 

All orders placed between 16th November and 31st  December 2023 will have an extended returns period of up to 45 days from the date of the order fulfilment.

All returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, unworn, and with the original tags and packaging attached (including boxes and dust bags). If your return does not comply with these conditions, we cannot accept your items and they may be rejected and returned to you.

Express Shipping (2-6 days) cost is $15.

Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $200.
For orders under $200, the cost is $10 AUD *. (4-10 days).
* Please note, this is an approximation only - the exact cost will be shown at checkout and will vary slightly due to daily currency fluctuations.

To ensure you receive your parcels in time for Christmas please follow the below order cut-off dates indicated by our carriers:
